i think that he has every right to appeal, the Unv. sanctions, mainly cause this whole thing should have stopped beofre it even started. if i have a altercation with one of my friends or even with one of my enemies i still would wait til the next day when we are both completely sober and then try to figure out what happend and then resolve the situation on our own with out envolving the police. If you have a problem with him appealing a decision thats fine but he has every right to do so and you should not respect him less you should respect him more for trying to get on with his life by getting rid of this so he can live out the rest of his college life with out fear of punishment by the universirty for things that every other college student does like drinking and partying, i know for a fact that you do these things, so why is it fair that you can have a fear free social life and he cant, i think he deserves that right as much as anyone else, and i have less respect for any person that would try to prevent that.

John woke me up the sunday after all this happened. He had me come to John Zajack's house, and asked me to speak with erin on his behalf. John told me "IF ERIN WILL NOT PRESS CHARGES AGAINST ME, I'LL ACCEPT WHATEVER THE UNIVERSITY DECIDES." The university has decided. He's appealing it. In my personal opinion, he's not exactly accepting anything.
