Funny how things people say can get to you, eh?
Even when taken cum grano salis, it's hard, at times, to let go of certain turns of phrase...
But that's not today's topic.
No.
But it is part of it...
The other part?
I think one of St. Paul's books (can't recall which) puts it best in the simple phrase "If your left eye offends you, pluck it out."
I've found myself doing alot of stuff that bugs me.
So I'm going to start doing a bit of plucking.
Right now, I've every opportunity to start fresh.
And I'm gonna.
It helps that I've found a path and a clutch of people who'll support me on it (and I owe many thanks to all of you.)
Now I gotta drop certain articles of baggage and start walking.
And try not to look back.
There's a reason the rearview mirror is smaller than the windshield...
