I got strawberries!!!

That's right. I bought a 4L basket of strawberries today after work :) Now to think of what I can do with them....

Oh my! I totally miss the market. Mmmm yummy strawberries. How much did 4L of strawberries cost you there? You could make Jam, or strawberry loaf, or strawberry muffins, or strawberry cheesecake . . . . and then you can send it to me :)

for 4L it cost me 10$ so that's pretty good. and they are big and red and juicy. I just had some with my cereal this morning :) Yeah I love the Byward market. There's a smaller one near where I live and I still have to check it out. They may have more strawberries there.

Theres apparently a farmers market type thing in St. Jacobs. And I think next weekend or so the farmers market here opens up. I'm so excited. I can hardly wait to buy reasonably priced high quality fruits and vegetables from the people who grew it.
