Question for you -- was this one that you read on your Kindle? If so, how did you deal with accessing the footnotes (I'm seeing in reviews that they're quite crucial to the story)?
In general, Kindle's endnote handling depends on the book. If it's formatted well for kindle the endnotes are hyperlinks - you'd move the cursor over and endnote, click, read it, then click back when you're done.
