So I just got back from a happy hour with some of my coworkers I'm a tad buzzed. The great thing is that my landlord is about to stop by so my girlfriend can sign an addendum to the lease I originally signed to add her on. The first time I met my landlord to look at the apartment I was totally drunk and consequently very talkative and and friendly
