Patrick Hannah was talking about Liquid Tension Experiment to David Black and me one day in Visual Basic class (where I got away with doing very little work because I got to be an honorary teachers assistant in that class, and the two of them were doing a self-taught Java class), so I found out about LTE, which lead me to find out about Dream Theater.
