Please say some prayers for Steven Curtis Chapman and his family. He's a Christian singer and a really nice guy. Wednesday his teenage son was driving in the driveway and accidentally hit and killed his sister Maria. She turned five years old 11 days ago. There's a video on youtube of Steven and Maria from a few months ago but I won't post it here

how fast was he going in the drive way.... that seems kinda fishy.

He was driving an SUV, so he was probably backing up. It's really hard to see behind SUV's, and they said a few family members witnessed it, so they were probably in the yard and she just got too close at the wrong moment.

He was in his dads SUV backing out. If you've driven an SUV before, it's difficult to see what's behind you. I can't imagine a reason a teenager would want to kill his five year old sister in front of his family hours before a family graduation party. I'm keeping him in my prayers as that's a horrible thing to have to live with. :(
