We've recovered from the PAX Piggy Plague Dave brought home with him. It took us both out for a week, which was a less than fun time of house arrest, movie watching, and naps. Many naps. We ventured out over the weekend to get food and to go see '9'. Both were good outings. We did miss NDK because Dave was still coughing a bit and we both get

And don't forget to make a stop at Ichiban Kan for your pocky fix! We went back to the city this past Sunday to go to the Asian Art Museum for Larry's bday, then went to Japantown. Got some more Almond Crush Pocky (chunks of crushed almond on pocky), some more Tiramasu Pocky, some Orange Dessert Pocky, and some other various treats. I got some dried smoked squid to try... tastes like (and has the consistency of) dried turkey. Pretty yummy and much cheaper than regular jerky. No fishy flavor at all. :)
