OMG I'm dead. You hit that song PERFECTLY, and now I bet you every time I hear it come up on my 'Pod I'll think of Gwen and A/G. I loved how you had the part from The Mark Of Nimueh where he's defending her against his father, it really stood out to me for some reason 'cause I haven't seen it used very much. Wonderful job!

I'm so glad that you enjoyed it! Crawl was always a wonderful song and I haven't seen a pure A/G video to it yet (and by pure I mean not multi-fandom) so I took the liberty of making one.

And I ADORE that scene because it one of the early times that Arthur speaks about her and his words just knocked me off my feet. How could people say that Arthur didn't notice her in S1 with this quote? He believes that she is not evil and that her act is one of kindness and love.

&& I apologize for the random rant (I babble a lot when I'm sleepy XD).

Exactly!! I mean, yes, there weren't many overt scenes in S1, but there was definitely acknowledgment and lots of noticing going on, which makes what happens in S2 believable.

S2 = believable. So true. The reason why there wasn't a lot of build-up in S2, I believe, is because S1 was already the build-up. They don't need to rebuild what was already built. They've already showcased so many great scenes, while not necessarily "LOVE" scenes, with Arthur and Gwen such as the show of sympathy from Arthur to Gwen in To Kill The King (why should Arthur, a prince show sympathy for Gwen, a maidservant if he doesn't care about her?) and Gwen's great belief in Arthur (why should Gwen, who thinks Arthur is a prat, express and wish that a dying Arthur would live if she doesn't care about him?) in Le Morte D'Arthur.

This conversation is a great cure for MWS (Merlin Withdrawal Syndrome). ♥

I absolutely adored that video! I'm a major Arwen shipper so this satisfied that need :) I think this is the first pure Arthur and Gwen video i've watched (and the best by far!) I wish season three would hurry up now lol

First of all, love that you used this song. Saw it used for a multifandom vid which included A/G and thought it was good, but the problem with mulitfandoms is just that there isn't enough of these two in them. It was a fab song choice and I love the fact that this was very focused on Gwen, coz she's an awesome character and often very underated. Totally agree with your point about being 'not merely future queen, Morgana's maid, Arthur's love or Merlin's friend but she is so much more.' Gwen is something to everyone and while I love that about her I think sometimes it is forgotten that she is her own person too and I think you showed that balance perfectly in this vid, i absolutely loved it x
