Mazer's Log - 2.0002
Decided to use some of the remaining honey to whip up a batch of the wedding brew (mostly).
Same as the wedding recipe, except added a pinch of cardamom in lieu of the second clove, and 1.5 oz of medium + toast American oak cubes to primary. This way if the cranberry orange mead doesn't turn out as planned, at least I'll have something drinkable. Hopefully this will all finish up around when nyquil_driver's beer does, and we'll have to schedule a tasting. :-)
