I was going to set that up after I saw the first bill, good to know that it's working well for you!

How complicated. My mobile bills have always been paid by direct debit - you get a paper (or web) bill that gives you more than 2 weeks to quibble if it's wrong before the money comes out of your account.

I have no idea why this went so wrong, they took down my information when I bought the phone, and had my pay as you go account up to transfer money from it (ah, that's why the second bill is a bit more, there was a credit applied to the first one).
Once they manage to send me the detailed bill, I'm going to set up an auto pay system.

When I had Verizon I had some issues with not receiving my bills either. I switched to AT&T and never received my final bill, then they started adding on late fees. I never found out until they started calling me as I still had the same number since I ported it over to AT&T. They claimed they sent it out, but I never received it. I was at least able to get them to waive some of the fee's but still owed them something like 220.00 since I broke my contract early and had a second phone line on that account.
