I bought a new laptop today, and it´s awesome! I´m totally in love with it already, it´s so fast and shiny compared to my old one... The new one is a Sony Vaio (14") and it's Pink (that's right, with a capital P!). Having a lazy Sunday today... Selmer and I went to buy a new refridgerator earlier today (very exciting) and now I'm attempting to make "Eggs in Treasure Bags", basically poached eggs in inari, small fried tofu bags. It turns out it is a lot more difficult to get motivated about writing a shitload of words when it's not actually November. cappuccinotogo and I have embarked on a Nanowrimo redux project, in which we write 50,000 words during the month of March. So far I'm up to about 7,500, and it's already day 13. I'm supposed to be at 21,000 by now, so it's obviously not ( Read more... )

I'm looking at travel websites again... I don't actually have anything planned at the moment, which makes me restless. I think it's been years since I had no specific plan. Everytime I come back from a trip, there's always another trip already booked, a few months ahead. But right now I don't have anything booked and it's making me twitchy ( Read more... )

So I was in Gdańsk over the weekend, just got back this morning. A little bizarre, I just took a shower and now I'm sitting at my desk and it feels like I woke up in my own bed this morning, though really I was still 1000 km away sleeping in a hostel this morning.
