2 oz Scotch
1/4 oz sweet vermouth

Strake and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a cherry.  I used my "house Scotch" of choice, 12-year-old Glenlivet, for this one tonight.  And I now know what to fix up for myself if I want to get falling-down drunk as quickly as possible.

Mudslide

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz kahlua
1/2 oz Bailey's
Cream to fill

Combine the ingredients in a bucket glass with ice, roll to blend.

Mexican Coffee

5 oz coffee
1 oz kahlua
Whipped cream

Combine the coffee and kahlua, top with whipped cream.

The HT-brand instant coffee strikes again.  I must be getting close to getting the proportions right, because this one is way more palatable than the last one.
