ImpossibleAlex glared at him for a long time, Percy continuing as he always did with sure, firm movements. The vampire didn’t seem to notice his child’s presence which was nearly impossible to believe

One moment, there was no one in the alley with Percy save one injured man groaning on the ground and trying to reach for his gun.
The next? Damion was dropping silently from a nearby rooftop, landing easily in a crouch. His first move was to go to the injured hunter and dispatch him with one swift kick to his forehead, snapping his head back at an all too wrong angle.
Only then did he go to Percy, making a hissing sound through his teeth as he crouched beside the other vampire. Idiot child. After a moment's hesitation, he bit into his own wrist causing blood to flow freely before holding it to Percy's lips.
They'd need to get the bullets out, but this would help in the mean time.
He jerked away at first, feeling as though his attackers where coming at him once more...and he himself unable to defend himself any longer. But his eyes could not open...and then blood.
Percy hungrily reached out for the blood, a weak arm sliding around the bleeding appendage. Swallowing, he couldn't think about who and why. Blood...blood was his only concern.
Damion didn't let Percy take too much, too long. No sense in both of them being out there all weak. Though Damion, at least, had backup of a sort, if he needed it. He pulled his wrist away from Percy's mouth and pressed a thumb to it to stop the bleeding. Yay vampiric super-healing.
Only then did he slide an arm around Percy and pull him to his feet. "Come on, we don't have far to go."
He really didn't want to have to carry the English bastard.
Percy whined when the blood went away, though it didn't really seem to help him any. His head still spun, and his legs felt as though they might give way as Damion hefted him up.
"Damion..." He murmured as he leaned heavily on the man. "Alex...Where's...." but then he was cry out again as new wave of pain washed over him.
Where ever they were going, he just wanted to be there. Now.
