The Outer Limits had an interesting episode this week. For those who don't know, it's a television anthology, as they call it, of various sci-fi stories which usually tell a tale of what would happen if the human race took a certain course of action and such. Humans are insecure and power-hungry. They are indeed highly destructive. Why the hell....I can't even concieve of why people can bomb each other... except for those two reasons. People feel insecure and powerless and feel that: a) if they can't have power, no one else should or b) doing something big and horrible will give them power when really, true power is in holding your tongue when you want to say something bitter to someone or staying polite to rude people and caring for those who despise you. True power is thinking of others. And you do think of others, Dave. Sorry I've been such a crab lately.
