We got word today that the man wanting to sell us his place officially got the job and place he'll be moving to. So he's drawing up some paperwork. The begining of October we should be able to arrange an appraisal and finalize the paperwork with our morgage lady. If all goes right, we'll be movin for Thanksgiving.
