I've been known to be somewhat observant at times. Like for instance, today at the gym I decided to wipe the swear from my eyes and take a look around at my surroundings. The tragedy is that today I knew I would be in line at the bank for a while so I went and got doughnuts to eat while I waited and then I went to workout. Now I'm done with my workout and I'm going to head down the store get stuff to make hamburgers.

Dead on excellent post. I often stop and grab a milkshake after a couple hours of racquetball. Luckily, there's a steak-n-shake right next to the healthclub.

I have no problem with the college aged gals wearing whatever they want. hehe

just don't think I'm very comfortable with them on treadmills going faster than their 80 year old hearts and legs can go. I've become so upset by this in the past that I've had to cut my workout short and head down to Shipley's for some doughnuts and chocolate milk.

That killed me! I am exactly the same except I'm can't go to the gym at the moment due to stupid operation.

I hate those stupid overly tarted up girls. Grrrrrrr. A plague of celluite on them

Yeah! That's it! The secret is to always snack it up before you go work out! Then you can listen to your stomach (and possibly oesophagus) saying "Gah! Why did you eat a chili dog before you came here?" instead of hearing it calling out for chocolate cake.

They put me in a room with a french silk pie yesterday evening. I have no will power when in the same room as a french silk pie.

i'm glad i've been going to the gym. a few weeks ago, i wouldn't have understood the awesomeness of this at all.
