This getting more involved with LJ is getting to be a headache. I've spent the last hour trying to get my new layout to look right and I just can't get it. I asked the person that runs Eat_a_Cake if I could borrow her layout and she agreed so that's my new layout. However, I can't seem to get my text boxes to look the same. I have no idea how she made the box background translucid. :/ But, you know, the easiest thing to do would be to ask her for the code directly.

If not you can check out this list. It has a bunch of codes for S1, maybe you can find what you need there.

hi ho! Do you mean that your text is showing up above the header image? You may need to fiddle with the alignment... I have a new screen res now, so even my own community looks off to me :/ I would adjust the code for you, but I don't know your monitor res, and it's not a guarantee that it would look good for other viewers. but I'll help you all I can.

Also...would you like me to remove the "graphics community" lettering from the header image :D Seeing as this is a personal journal??

The graphic community thing doesn't really bother me. I'm the only person that's really going to be look at it most of the time anyway. More than anything, I'm trying to get my text box to now be transparent and be that peachy color.
