It's not a word I have ever encountered before. I can assume being designated as a Gryffindor is part of some curse, but as of yet I do not understand it.

A girl on the network said it is something from her world. The hat comes from a school of magic named 'Hogwarts.' The school divides students into four houses; the hat decides which is best for each student.

I suspect we may see this Hogwarts in the city, soon...
