Oh! Thanks for mentioning the Microsoft clock. They're switching out our desk phones for a different model, but the clock is tiny and hard to see on it, and I've also stopped wearing a watch, so I was thinking about getting a little standalone clock for my desk. However, your comment reminded me that I have a nice small silver picture frame and analog clock hinged-thing in a box somewhere, and that would be perfect for what I need.
On the sore knee - get yourself a foam roller and work on all those muscles and tendons in your legs and hips. I've been fighting occasional knee problems with the running and lots of squatting in CrossFit. I also have an elastic knee sleeve that i wear when it's upset, just to give it a little support while exercising. It was super cheap at Wal-Mart (couldn't find a cheap, simple one like that elsewhere).
