I went there and sat in front of that lady with all the proof I have...lol....she looked at her computer and her info (the one thats wrong) and basically told me he was born in 1992!! Ugh! I got everything notarized today and I'm sending it on to where she told me to sent it too...hopefully that will fix it.

Congrats on the moving to a new place Silke. I know you are going to enjoy the shorter commute and a savings on rent is never a bad thing.

I found out the very place I rent which I have renewed twice (which keeps it at the same rate), they are renting the same place upgraded (with granite counter tops, new stainless steel stove and dishwater) for $200 less than I pay. I was pissed. I guess as people have lost jobs and more are moving in with family, etc that less are renting too.. so they lowered the prices for new tenants. I don't want to renew my lease in Jan.

Good luck on the new place and more so with the fixing the date on his paperwork..
