I met this dog and took Ted along to meet him too just to make sure they didn't immediately hate each other. I can't think of a reason why this organization wouldn't call me back so I prefer to think that they are all trapped under something heavy and are currently being eaten by dogs annoyed about not being placed in homes where the people aren't trapped under heavy things.

Modesto has a few puppies ... I love this one, but no doggie for me right now, puppy window shopping is SO unsatisfying.

Oh she is SOOOOO cute. After spending so many months trading off mopping the floor each day with mom I'm kind of not in a puppy potty training mood though :)

if you find a way to give into the puppy urge (awesome) i would be leary of that particular group in modesto. it seems suspicious that they have such a high volume of purebreed puppies and without listing a price for their adoptions.
