Did I mention that I spend a lot of time envying people their gifts?

I'd love to be able to sew and crotchet and knit and all that good stuff, but I actually have less talent in *that* area than I do in music, which is really saying something.

I can't really sew. I can kludge things together for costumes, but I don't do real sewing. Like my mom who makes a pattern from my niece's favorite dress so that she can sew a larger version to replace it.

My real gift is photocopying. Although it's a bit of a lost art, since new machines these days do all the work and thinking for you. :)

I think everybody has their own gifts and specialties. It's just easy to marginalize the stuff that is easy for you as not being really worthy.
