After a rubbish day at work my car cut out on the way home.
People may remember I had this problem this time last year and it ended up costing me £500 to fix
Not happy as I can neither afford to get it fixed or take time off to take it to the garage

That's the trouble with Vauxhalls... they're really expensive to repair.

Buy a Ford, they cost peanuts.

Yeah have to agree, of course you could just do the cheap car with tax and ticket for a year, then bin it and do the same again, the big cars ( scorp, omega etc) are cheap as chips at the mo

Vauxhalls are expensive to fix? None of mine ever were.

The Astra is designed so that you don't need to split the gearbox to change the clutch. The parts are dirt cheap, too.
