Sick computers...

Did everyone's lap top or hard drive die yesterday? I've found three deceased machines on today's lj so far, and that's not including my own sick puppy. Fortunately I was able to revive my machine by letting it calm down overnight, disconnecting the battery and going for a hard reboot. And it only ate two of the three documents I was working on

my hard drive also broke yesterday, well I think its my hard drive, my computer cant open windows at present and I due to my exam on wednesday I have to wait until Wednesday evening to get her fixed. Marks coming down to help me

Im going to go PDA shopping this weekend too, but unfortunatly Im not going to be able to get a cool PDA just one that works really. But Im really looking forward to getting one

shall therefore be down on Wednesday evening and havent decided if Im going to stay down for the week or come back to do some revision, depends how I feel when I get down there

God, that looks so nice and small and pretty
very much would like to get one of those, the only question is, how much will it cost? probably quite a lot :(

My laptop has died inexplicably. My flatmate & her friend were here, who are super clever computer geeks, rushed to it's aid - but sadly, they declared it pretty much dead :-(

I got it from the uni though (as part of the Disabled Student Allowance thingie - so am really hoping it's still insured!
