Ok, so I watched Dance Moms last week and was a little intrigued. I'm now watching the season finale. What the hell is this? These moms are nuts! Kelly scares me. She's got crazy eyes. Omg I love that show. Kelly is on edge lately because Abby is being nastier than usual to her girls. I love her otherwise even if she is a bit crazy.

Ok that's good to know. Do the moms snark each other like that usually? Because it seems like Christi and Kelly don't get along with the other blonde mom. I don't know about HOlly though. it seems like she plays it both ways.

Oh yeah, the moms are snarky as hell. Christie and Kelly are like BFFs, and they're crazy, but I love them. They create a lot of drama, but most of it is because someone else did something sneaky, bitchy or otherwise wrong, and they make a huge deal out of it. They have been filmed getting cocktails while their daughters are practicing and such. Super crazy, probably not great role models, but I want to hang out with them. Is that bad? Kelly was one of Abby's students something like 30 years ago, and she's been part of the company in some form since then (from what I can gather). Christie is just mouthy and says exactly how she's feels, exactly when she feels it. Her filter is broken, I believe...but I don't know, I tend to agree with her rants ( ... )

That is SO helpful!! Ok, so Melissa is the one who took her kids out of practice early to go to the management agency right? That makes sense.

I love how Christie and Kelly just freak out about everything. The minute someone says something they are like "OMG WHHHUUUTT?!" It's funny.

What's the beef between the two dance studios? Is it something that's played up for tv? Because when the Candy Apples came into the studio that was "way under their budget" and peeked in on ALDC, that looked a little scripted.

Yes, it is all completely staged.

I do love this show, but it's staged down to the point where in real life, Abby and Cathy are actually good friends. And when Kendall went to dance for Cathy, you could look up dance results and she was actually dancing for Abby the whole time.

WWHHHUUUUUTTTTTT????!!!! This is beyond shocking news!!! Ok, not really... they are terrible actresses. But really... please tell me that the momma drama is real at least. They are cray cray in a good way.
