human life is so fragile... yesterdae morning.. had a shocked when i turned to the obituary page.. staring at me was the face of one of my sispec instructor... not too sure if he is the one.. i sms a few frens for confirmation but sad to say.. it is him.. hai

hm.. according to newspaper.. he jus collaspe while exercising in the gym during lunch time..
its the wat ppl are dying tat is so saddening.. one moment alive n bouncing.. one moment lying on the floor dead...
