My mom told me I need to fast for three days to clear my system of all food except fruits and vegetables and then after that each week I will add a certain food group to see if I'm allergic to something. Then hopefully all of these horrible stomach aches I get at least twice a day will go away

I would definitely recommend it, along with avoiding naturally acidic foods, particularly strawberries, lemons, and most citric fruits while on this diet.
