In the interest of debriefing after several long and *headdesk* inducing meetings today I sit before my laptop and troll the internets, only to find:
AAAAAAHHHH!!! Sauron in the 60's, with the accompanying text. Be afraid, be very afraid. (And be sure to explore the rest of LILEKS (James)'s website for more bizarre pop culture and snark.)

I downloaded the optional "Stumble" function with the latest version of Firefox. My mouse-clicker finger is sore.. but I'm happy. :D

First off, love the icon--Yay it's the Doctor!
But wow, blast from the past icky!!! Now at the time of all this dreadful decor I think I had yellow Holly Hobby wallpaper with shag green carpeting, yellow bedspreads and hideous lime green bell bottoms with Ernie and Bert on them! :D Oh the joy of the 70's!
Anyone else have textured wallpaper, little dangerous fuzzy edges to poke you when you leaned too close? :) And I was so glad when that horrible mustard color went out of style...and now it's back but they keep calling it fancy names, but at least we don't have the checked wallpaper to 'match'!
Thanks for sharing....er I think! ;)

Uhm... first, adult me says, "Ew," but then 7 year old me says, "KEWL!" :D
I have seen the fuzzy wallpaper. That fuzzy stuff is called, say it with me now, "Flocking," as in "flockin' wallpaper!" :D

I wonder if the eye of Sauron design is a misguided attempt at Art Deco.

*snork* Probably. Somewhere, someplace, Frank Lloyd Wright is stumbling around dizzily in his grave.
