At youtube, they say the ingredients are Kanten (Agar jelly) and Karupi drink (a yogurt drink, with whitish color). The frozen blackberry is what gives the bleeding when the jelly is set. The Iris was made first with colored Kanten, let it harden and then follow the video. The process of making Kanten jelly is similar to normal Jelly.
