Here's the rest:
An update on what I’ve been reading: truly a collection from the ridiculous to the sublime. I’ve also done some re-reads, some just because it’s been years since I read them and others because the next ( Read more... )

I stopped re-reading with Queen of the Damned. The Tale of the Body Thief is my favorite Lestat, and I want to preserve the memory. And I hated Memnoch the Devil, so I'm not going to bother with it. Or all of the other vampire stuff she put out for Armand and the other various vampires in the series.

I really want to know what the third book is called and when it's supposed to be out. I assume that it's in September since that's when her other books where out.

The Red Queen: Sex and the Evolution of Human Nature By Matt Ridley <--- That sounds like an intersecting read. It could be that I'm in the middle of a book called Guide to Getting It On .

I'm almost done with Alexie's book. I have about 80 pages to go.

It's quite fascinating. Descarte is amazing. Oddly, he's considered the father of atheism, but he was a devout Roman Catholic. He'd be appalled at the thought. But the journey the bones have made and the path that Descarte's philosophy took just intersect neatly.
