So...went to work today after my first trip to they gym yesterday...wasn't too bad. I was able to actually concentrate and had energy. Left work early to go to my first cardio session. THAT was bad. Heh. Actually, it wasn't too terribly bad...
I warmed up and walked for 5 min...
I did the x-trainer for 8 min...
Rode the bike for 7 min...
