I was unable to actually do one single real sit up tonight...I feel so horrible. I mean, I was doing crunches and killing myself...but, when we actually tried the sit ups...HA! It was so pathetic...I'm so freakin pathetic...

But damnit! I'm GONNA do this...I will be able to do something reasonable in 4 month's time...I WILL! It must happen...I mean
