Is it normal to have a preference between the two? I do believe I like the weights better...though, I know that cardio plays a large part in becoming a beautiful butterfly...what? Did I just type that? I'm such a FREAK. Heh...
I can already start to feel a difference (for the better) when I work on my abs. That rocks. It's getting a little easier

working out is actually fun ya know? it's weird. i would rather lift weights and do crunches than dothe stationary bike but it's all i have.
