Loving the warm weather and cold nights...
Where to start? My new partner and old friend Pedro has joined us. He is working to get everything organized and to do some PR work. It is nice to have him around. Nice to just have someone else young and on the same page.

Risotto!
Mmmmm. I made a new recipe for risotto last night . First I sauteed asparagus in garlic and butter and oil and then set it aside. Then I did the usual risotto but for the base I used a lot of garlic, proscuitto, and shallots. I chopped up the asparagus at the end and threw it in with a cup of really good parm. puking - a mostly Callum post
Yesterday Callum puked up in some portion after almost every feeding! He has been puking up more in the morning than usual( which is not at all) on this medication the past week, but this was all day long! He puked on Kevin three times in the morning, me about 5 , then Kevin again last night, and me again..... I finally gave him some gripe water ( ( Read more... ) -

Happy car shopping today! We haven't found one yet for sure - but I found the model I would REALLY like to get! I test drove two of them today, with Callum( who charmed everyone he met - even the guys!). The first one had something funky with the suspension I think, and the transmission was shaky at about 3000 rpm - maybe it was just the wheels. ( Read more... )
