true, i believe. if you're under the legal care of your parents, they'd need to know about use of insurance and whatnot. or so i believe.

haha, its like regular medicines. depends on the type and brand and all that junks. you could also go to a clinic or planned parenthood and get it for cheap, without insurance. they supply condoms, too, if needed.
