YAY!!!!! I'm so glad you're establishing a presence here.

I love having that level of control with my journal, myself. I can make something friends only, or certain friends only, or entirely private, and then change that as circumstances change. Also, the communities on lj are fun, too--feel free to check out a few of the ones I'm a member of, like VoluptuousPinup--whenever I've posted on there in dire need of an ego-boost, they have come through for me, whether or not they realized that was why. Also, the atlanta journals frequently have job info and community news, sales, etc, postings, which have personally helped me out a few times.

Yeah, I know I sound like LJ postergirl, but there's a reason I've stuck with it for so long. I miss me a Chantal!
