A rare public LJ post, with zero content, except to say there's a party in my comments tonight as I do laundry and ironing before my trip to Portland.

Drink and smoke 'em if you got 'em.

People are allowed to smoke if they do it outside.

Weird, now that I think about it, some jurisdictions have laws where you can't smoke inside but where you also can't drink outside.
