I am very frusterated by my utter lack of self-control. I had a GREAT workout today and then tonight I had three pieces of candy and two mini ice cream bars. Which definintely put back on all those calories I burned off, plus more. No wonder I never lose weight. :p Grrr.

Here's what I do-- buy raisins, fruit, and trail mix instead of candy. If you must buy candy, buy the least offensive kind. One Riesen will go a long way in a chocolate craving. Ice cream is a bad idea to store around the house. I've been substituting pudding for ice cream, with a dollop of whipped indulgence ;) Plus, Jell-o makes all kinds of fat free puddings. Yogurts are great too, espcially the Yoplait whips. They're super sweet and really delicious.

Okay, that's my official helpful advice. Basically, it's a lot easier to resist if it's not around, so just don't buy it.
