Scientists Discover New Knee Ligament. For Real.

It may sound impossible, but evidently it's for real. Science Daily says it's so. Apparently 97 percent of all humans have this anterolateral ligament. How have we not found this until now?!

blinks. I've been INSIDE I don't even know how many knees. How could I have missed this??

Don't feel bad. Apparently people have been missing this since its existence was first postulated in the 1800s. But dang. You'd think we'd know all the freaking ligaments in the human body by now!

Next time you have a dissection involving a knee, take a look for it.
