Do any of you out there know how long a cop has legally to turn in a traffic violation??

I recieved a speeding ticket three weeks and one day ago,... and the cop has still yet to turn in the ticket to the court,...

I was just curious,...thanks for any info!

Digital pose sometimes just plain sucks,...

best bet,...try seemesmile.com,...

there is an upload for that site,...but you dont actually have to do it. And its free! It works great!
