Ladies and Gentlemen, I fear we are too late. A suspension bridge spanning the East River connecting Manhattan with Brooklyn has already been built. It opened over a hundred and twenty years ago and is called, ironically enough, "The Brooklyn Bridge." I don't know how we missed it. I'm sorry for wasting your time.
