I too have spending problems. For me, the biggest problem is food spending (I'll eat out 'cause I'm too lazy to cook). That's why I won't let myself have a credit card. Figure out where you're spending the most, and try to limit that one thing. For me, it's been a life saver that I live far away from Target. Oh, man, I could spend $50-$100 at Target everyday!
