Last night, we were heading out to this club. But before we got there, we met up at Whataburger for a bite to eat. Surprisingly, there we cops chasing after a couple of black guys, one of which was trying to get into the fast food joint. The employee screamed to her manager, but fortunately the doors were locked. i know what you mean and i'm sorry you had to see that last night. i just go out to work now and that's all i do. as much as it's great to see a lot of friends that i haven't seen in a while or so in these parties, there are many times where i'd just rather go somewhere where people just flat out are more relaxed and chill and NOT GET INTO A FIGHT EVERY NIGHT. it just makes you wanna stay home or something. that's one of the main reasons why instead of going out i decided to just go to dave and busters.

on a brighter note, it was great seeing you again. i haven't seen you in so long. everyone now lead different lives and it just gets harder and harder to go out all the time. but when you do see a good friend it's great to know that they are doing well. i wish you luck this week.

Yeah, I totally agree. I now refuse to take Marie, or anyone that I care about that I don't think can really handle themselves, to one of those places. It's just too much of a risk. Like you said, its nice to see some of the people there, but I'd rather chill with them at home and drink, or go to a bar or club where we won't get shot.

Well, since I've only been clubbing 5 times in my entire life, I guess I'm pretty naive about it. I had no idea it's so dangerous in houston to go clubbing.

That's crazy about those cops and robbers at the whataburger. That must have been scary! That's the one good thing about living here in Lubbock. You don't have to fear for your life when the sun goes down. Shoot!!! People are so friendly here, I've gotten so used to it, that it's wearing off on me! I ACTUALLY say hello or smile at strangers I pass by in the hall way or see on the street. I NEVER did that before, and thought that it was weird that people here did.

... you could just make it happen if you felt like it? the force is with us! :)

guns scare me. i saw someone get beat up once and was crying and all shaken up afterwards. (Asian-style fight too, like 10 guys ganging up on one.) don't know what i'd do if i saw a gunfight ... - ihatepink.com :)
