Well, as you all guys may know, the swine flu alert is now level 5. Over here they suspended classes since Monday and until May 6th. In my university they suspended most activities, including research ones. Over there, there's seven suspicions of the flu, people coming back from Mexico. Some shops say that people bought a lot of masks. On my part, I'm not too worried. It will be like the bird flu, I think. I went to a big city today and nobody seemed panicked. XD

Ohhh, I see... LOL Over here a LOT of ppl really bought masks. You see lots of ppl wearing them. I guess there's a lot of panic here... Oh well... I hope by May 6th everything will go back to normal...

Up here in Michigan, we got about twenty _suspected_ cases, none confirmed, but enough to close some schools for about a week. At work, they put up some posters about flu etiquette (wash your hands often, cough into your inner elbow, stay home if sick). Haven't seen anyone with facemasks.

Ohhh, I see. We didn't end up having real cases in my state, so quarantine will be lifted tomorrow. =) But we still have to follow your basic flu etiquette too. Dunno about the facemasks, maybe we'll stop to wear them.
