Let's Get This!!!
Last night was the NKOTB concert! AND WHAT A MIND BLOWING EXPERIENCE!! ROFL
Chris and I had a BLAST last night!! I got to meet the guys, but it was rushed...which sucks and I kinda feel bad for them, cause they are all about the fans, but hey they had to get about 150 fans through the Meet and Greet in time for the Concert! So it was fun either way! I did get my picture taken with them, via the group I was in and I won't get that for a couple of weeks, but its all good.
I got a new shirt and a big button and yeah...just wow! The food was AWESOME we had strips of steak and chicken with some kind of sauce over them and some dumplings and some yummy deserts and free drinks! (That also includes the beer and what not! LOL)
I even was fighting back TEARS!! Yep you heard that right I was trying to cry!!
You know those footage's of fans who scream uncontrollably, than pass out from gettin all worked up? Yep...that was me minus the passing out!! ALL NIGHT I was like that!
AND AND AND AND!! I got hugs from all the guys AND a KISS from DONNIE!!! Of course my most PRIZED possession was the HUG I got from JON at the end! hehehehe
As for the concert seat...it was kick as!! My row was row 6, but since the middle section was missing a row, it was actually row 5 and I was sitting on the end of the row on the aisle! Being THAT close at ANY concert was never an option for me...but last night it was and MAN my seats were good!
The only down fall was that my damn camera (yes I got to take mine in thank god!) did NOT want to work with me at ALL last night!! Over HALF the shots that I got last night and THOUGHT were good are all fuzzy and blurry!! I can't believe it! I was already ditching the really bad ones last night...but these wow. I really THOUGHT that these were good ones since they look great on the preview, but alas they weren't.
Oh well I'll be posting pics up later on...I did still get a lot of them. Lady GaGa was there and that was a blast as well.
Needless to say my feet hurt and my throat is a bit horse. lol I was at the Event Center at 8:30 and left only to rush home for an hour to get ready and back again. Yep...I was there that early, I got to see them drive in and I was holdin up my sign! LOL
I also sent a text message to the screen board to see if I could win some tickets and what not for the B Stage and an Autograph, I got entered both times, but I didn't win. Though I was embarressed by my second entry as it went like this:
"NEWKIDS This Star is shinning brighter tonight u guys made a7 year old's came true tonight THANK U"
Needless to say it was SUPPOSED to say:
"NEWKIDS This Star is shinning brighter tonight u guys made a 7 year old's dream come true tonight THANK U"
So yeah I screwed that up! ROFLMAO
OH OH OH!! I forgot to mention, I went out Thursday night to meet up with a bunch of my new friends and we went huntin for the guys. We got a tip that they were down at the Ritz that night, which kinda threw us off, but we went to check it out anyways. When we go there, we saw their busses which confirmed it!
So, like crazied fans, we walked ALLLLLL over and around Lodo lookin for any clubs that might be open that they might have gone to...there weren't any hardly open. Well we were goin to call it a night, when we got a call from someone sayin that Jon, Jordan and Danny were at the bar in the Ritz, so we high tailed it back and sure enough! There they were! However unlike most of the fans, we played it cool. We didn't bother them, we just sat nicely away and watched them. We ended up about 10ft from them and man was it nice!!
No autographs as they weren't allowing them at the Meet and Greet, but hey...there is always next time (hopefully there will be another tour and it comes BACK here to Colorado!)!!
