I am so loving this series; this chapter might be the best part yet. It has Steve with all his feelings and Danny with the angst, culminating in such a cliffhanger! I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

If Danny is pulling out a possibly unregistered gun, shit is about to go down. I'm really thinking someone hurt Aletta and Salvo called Danny to let him know and Danny has to go take care of some things without the badge.

This is freaking me out, omg, can't wait for the next chapter! I'm foaming at the mouth!
