This is so true... I still can't believe how long I spent listening to someone who kept telling me that I was doing everything wrong, when the reality is that the only thing I was doing wrong was listening to this guy.

This is one of the most valuable things that Steve does for me, he just says, "This person is an idiot, why are you listening?" And repeats it, until I genuinely believe it and take appropriate action.
