So this Daniel Pink Ted talk has been under my skin for awhile.  he talks about the “Puzzle of Motivation”  But what he said didn’t resonate with me.

Very interesting post. I've seen for myself that it is easy for me to "take on too much" and then not deliver adequately on any of it. I'm finally learning to say no.

Also, I'm always writing notes to myself and making bullet lists of tasks. It helps a lot. At this point, I tell people that if they ask for something from me, and I don't write a note, then it's as if they didn't ask.
