Odd discoveries made when messing around with extracting sims....

1. You can, in fact, extract a baby. They will show up fine in bodyshop, have what are presumably the correct features when you age them up, and the only real issue is that you can't give them a hairstyle until you go into CAS. I'm very glad I found this, as I now know exactly what Gabrielle (daughter of Ben and Doc Nerd) actually looks like. I

I think she actually looks very sweet! Like a little pixie gnome. (That's a good thing!)

I hate the slowness of bodyshop, it's actually quicker for me to get into CAS than getting that beast going.

Interesting being able to extract babies though, that I did not know.

I, personally, think she looks lovely (despite the mild oddness- she looks weirder without makeup, though), and am very glad I discovered that feature of SimPE. (I'm also glad for an opportunity to use that hair, I adore it but couldn't find anyone it suited. It looks good on her, though.)

Now I'm actually more impatient about getting through this next rotation in the Legacy Haven, though....

Ahahaha, she got The Chin! Could be way worse, though. I am pleasantly surprised.

It sucks that you can't make the babies show up in CAS. That would be far more useful. But I've extracted them a few times; I did that for the rebuild of my custom 'hood.

Yep, and Ben's mouth.... not the best possible combination there, but she pulls it off. Much better than what the CAS create-a-kid button told me when I tested it because I was intrigued by the possibilities and didn't realize I could extract babies.

I have to agree about CAS and babies, I've never understood why they did that.
